DELIVERY POLICY
1. STANDARD DELIVERY
The delivery will be fulfilled by express couriers on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 2-15 working days depending on payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of your items in the warehouse.
You will also find the applicable delivery costs at the order checkout when you purchase online, on the Order Confirmation.
The Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order. Signature may be required to receive your item.
If you have not received the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation, you should contact us via our website or by email or by telephoning the Customer Call Centre.
Delivery of products will be made by express courier. The shipping cost is automatically added to your order, and the higher the order, the lower the cost.
Shipping rates for Romania
For the delivery of the order by express courier, the transport fee is:
* 10 RON for orders between 0 - 200 RON
* The parcels that are delivered outside Romania do not benefit from this shipping fee transport, regardless of the value of the order. The shipping fee is calculated at the amount paid, after applying the discount coupon.
2. DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you fill in the wrong delivery data, it might cause delay or a missed delivery.
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our courier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our carrier does not require a signature specific to the order details.
If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our courier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location in the reception or within the building.
3. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you can refuse the delivery. If you only find damage after receiving the delivery, please call vacuslim 48 Customer Service. In the event of a damaged delivery, we will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and to provide you with a replacement.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES
Without prejudice to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to return the goods in case you are not completely satisfied (for any reason), obtaining full compensation. Our return policies are explained below.
4.1 RETURN
Each return needs to be stamped within 30 days from the date of purchase. The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered (intact, never used) with all the original labels present on them.
4.2 RETURN PROCESS
If you need to return an item, you must write an e-mail to the address "info@odeainternational.com": sent the request, you will receive an MRA code (Mechanical Return of Article). Upon receipt of the code, the item must be positioned carefully inside its original packaging, including proof of purchase. When these conditions are met, please send the return to the following address:

4.3 REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your return we will inspect its conditions; once this operation is completed, we will proceed to process your compensation. We remind you that it will take at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process the refund and at least 1-2 billing cycles before you can view the latter on your credit card (depending on your bank). We will send you an e-mail when the refund operation is complete.

The value of the order will be paid upon receipt of the product to the agent of the courier company. You will receive a receipt for the amounts paid. For clients of legal entities, there is the option of bank payment.
Online by bank card through Netopia Payments (Visa / Visa Electron / MasterCard / Maestro) If you have chosen the payment method "Online by bank card" it is necessary to fill in a form with information about your card, on the secure page of the payment processor.
Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system, developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. "3-D Secure" ensures, first of all, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time during the process, on the store's servers, or the payment processor's servers, this data is directly entered into Visa and MasterCard.
Parcels delivered outside Romania do not benefit from the method of payment by cash on delivery, they can be paid only online by bank card.
4.4 EXCEPTIONS
The products that will not be accepted as return goods are listed below:
Open, used or broken items.
Items without the original packaging.

6. CUSTOMS
If the goods ordered on the Site were to be delivered outside of Italy you may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense. We are not in control of these costs and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country and you should therefore contact your local customs office for further information. Please also keep in mind that, when you place orders on the Site, you are considered as an importer and you are therefore required to comply with all the legislation and regulations of the country in which you will receive the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care a lot about how your order information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products abroad to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection of products by customs authorities.
